Filet Mignon – char grilled choice center cut 10oz filet mignon served with Cabernet sauce and frizzled onions

Sirloin Steak – grilled choice center cut sirloin with sautéed mushroom caps

Broiled Fillet of Flounder Stuffed – flounder stuffed with jumbo lump crabmeat, gently blended with eggs and seasoned herbs, finished with parsley butter

Prime Rib – Black Angus beef with au jus, aged and slow roasted, served with horseradish cream sauce (a minimum order of 15 servings is required)

Veal Parmesan – a generous portion of veal, lightly breaded and covered with melted provolone and marinara sauce, served over pasta (complete)

Broiled Atlantic Salmon – fillet of salmon finished with a fresh dill sauce

Salmon Teriyaki- Grilled and topped with a Teriyaki Glaze

Sauteed Jumbo Lump Crabcakes – jumbo lump crabmeat blended with eggs, fresh herbs and seasonings, and finished with a champagne cream sauce

Flounder Oscar – flounder fillet topped with jumbo lump crabmeat, hollandaise sauce, and asparagus

Flounder Florentine – sauteed golden brown, topped with spinach cream sauce

Flounder Francaise – boned fillets of flounder, dipped in an egg batter, sauteed golden brown and served with a lemon and white wine sauce

Chicken Marsala – chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms and Marsala wine sauce

Chicken Picatta – sautéed chicken breast topped with capers and lemon butter sauce

Chicken Parmesan – chicken breast lightly breaded and topped with provolone cheese marinara sauce, and Linguine (complete)

Stuffed Chicken Breast – chicken breast stuffed with savory rice dressing, served with Sauce Supreme

Gold Dinner Buffet – a varied selection of hot and cold items, a great option for a diverse group of at least 100 persons

Silver Dinner Buffet – a varied selection of hot and cold items, for a group of at least 60 persons

In accordance with Bucks County Health Codes, any food or beverage that has not been prepared or provided by the licensee (Fisher’s Tudor House) shall not be permitted to be brought on the premises by any patron or guest.

Let your Event Specialist know if you would like a dance floor for your event. Spacious dance floors are available in many of Fisher’s private banquet rooms, however they are not available in all rooms. If there is no open bar, an entertainment fee may be applied to the final bill.

Additional Information

A 20% service charge and 6% sales tax will be added to your final bill. A minimum guarantee of 35 people and a $100.00 deposit are required to hold a private room. The Deposit for the Regency, Crystal, Versailles Ballrooms is $1000.00
