A long time Bucks County resident. Attended and Graduated from Ryder University in Lawrenceville, NJ for Accounting and Business. George has over thirty-five years of experience in the Hospitality industry. He has worked nearly every job in restaurants and is a tireless worker. Dedicated to his customers and business, he rarely takes a day off and can usually be found in one of our kitchens supervising meal service, checking every detail and nearly every dish that leaves the kitchen. He is also responsible for Research & Development, Menus and Finance
Peter S. Pavlis
Born and raised in Philadelphia, then transplanted to Bucks county in the early 1990′s. Literally raised in the restaurant business. I started by washing dishes and sweeping floors in the 1960′s. Taught to cook and bake by my mother and grandmother. Attended Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and later Temple University for computer studies. My favorite places are in the bakery or working on Weddings. I love Weddings. I have served as contact to the Bucks County Conference & Visitors Bureau. Also the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce where I served as the Convention & Visitors Chairperson for a number of years and later on the LBCCC Board of Directors.
General Manager, Wedding Planner
Steve joined our organization in 1976, 36 years ago. In 1981 Steve was promoted to head the Events and Banquets Department. Not long after that, he planned his First Wedding. Since then he has planned and supervised over 5,000 Receptions, making him one of the sought after Wedding Consultants in the Philadelphia area. In 2002 Steve was promoted to General Manager of the entire facility. In addition to his Wedding duties, Steve oversees the Restaurant, Lounge and coming in January our off-premise catering department.
Steve and his wife Doris have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
Steve’s motto is “A Wedding is not just a coming together of a Bride and Groom, but a joining of two Families and that should always be respected.”
Dottie Levy
Event Specialist
I initially joined Fisher’s over 20 years ago. At that time as a Server, so I have extensive experience at working on Functions. Ten years ago, I was promoted to Event Specialist. I am involved in the planning and execution of over 400 events each year. I personally have a great appreciation for special events and I love the challenge of exceeding a Clients expectations. It is my responsibility to ensure that everything from the overall plan, to the smallest detail is handled properly. My commitment is that your event is a success and your experience is an enjoyable one.
Teresa Brown

Event Specialist
Teresa was born and raised in Philadelphia. She began working for Fisher’s at the Northeast Philadelphia location in 1977 as a Hostess and Greeter.
In 2001 She was transferred to Fisher’s Tudor House. Teresa was presented with the opportunity to become an Event Specialist. She uses the skills and experience acquired in her many years in the Hospitality to create Events every day.
