It’s the final night of “Big American Star,” where two of the remaining contestants are headed back home, while the big winner is immediately headed to the discount rack. When things begin to go horribly wrong, will our potential stars find a new meaning to the phrase “Stiff Competition”!

The choices from our famous kitchen will be:
- Broiled Boned Salmon: Atlantic Salmon, broiled and then finished with fresh Dill Sauce
- Chicken Caprese: sautéed Chicken Breast topped with chopped Spinach, fresh Mozzarella and finished with Marinara Sauce.
- Meatless entrée: Pasta Primavera: A Medley of seasonal Vegetables sautéed in Butter and fresh Basil, served over pasta.
- Entrées Served with: Fresh baked Bread & creamery butter, a Tossed Salad with choice of Dressings, Red Bliss Potatoes & Capri Blend, consists of Green Beans, Baby Carrots, & Diced Sweet Red Peppers, a Non-alcoholic beverage or Coffee or Tea.
- Dessert: Our own All Butter Pound Cake with Vanilla Butter Cream Icing prepared in our Bakery by our Pastry Chef!!!

As if an evening of mystery and laughs wasn’t enough, let’s talk about dinner. Choose from the following:
Fresh Atlantic Salmon, broiled to perfection and finished with our special dill sauce.
Chicken Caprese, a sautéed boneless breast of chicken topped with spinach, fresh mozzarella and marinara sauce.
Pasta Primavera, a medley of seasonal vegetables sautéed in butter and fresh basil, served over pasta.
Entrées are accompanied by tossed salad, red bliss potatoes, and a Capri blend of sautéed vegetables.
